Q1) How long do orders take to deliver?
Orders will usually be delivered within 5 working days of order. Unless we advise you otherwise.
Q2) How much is our delivery charge?
* Delivery is usually free, however we will advise you before shipping of any additional delivery charge for customers in areas outside of the UK mainland.
Q3) How do customers make enquiries about their order?
By telephone or email.
Q4) On what basis do you return goods?
Goods can be returned at customers own expense, within 7 days of receipt and in saleable condition.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING GOODS TO US UNLESS WE DELIVERED THE ITEM IN ERROR, OR THE ITEM IS FAULTY.

Q5) How do customers return goods damaged by our carrier?
Free of charge. A carrier will be arranged at out expense. (Please advise us of any damage within 3 days of reciept. Also if the packaging is damaged when it is delivered please sign that it is)
Q6) How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item, directly to the card used for the original purchase.
Q7) What warranty or guarantees are provided with goods sold?
All items are guaranteed for at least 1 year against manufacturing defects. However some products will come with an extended manufactures guarantee.
